Full care board includes daily turn out in separate gelding and mare pastures, from 10 to 5. Stalls, buckets and hay racks are cleaned every day. Fresh kiln dried sawdust is added daily. Grain and hay at 9 & 5. Three individual paddocks are available. Automatic waterers in the pastures. The property boundary fences are four board with top electric wire, the inner fences are horse mesh with one board and electric wire. Our pastures are a mix of rolling open fields, ponds, creeks and woods. Boarders have use of the large tack room with individual saddle racks and 2 x 2 lockers. Boarders can also reserve time in any of the arenas by signing up on the reservation board outside the main tack room. Regular worming is included in the board fee. Supplements, vet bills, farrier service and holding fees are extra. An up to date shot record is required to board (neg.coggins etc.)

We offer riding lessons at a charge of $30 per hour, these are purchased in blocks of 4 for $120.We have 2 qualified instructors who specialize in a variety of riding styles; western, trail ,English, hunt seat and jumper. There are 5 lesson horses to choose from. There are trainers on site who offer western and low resistance natural methods. Helge Buflod specializes in colt starting, trail training, problem horses and partnership building through communication.

We are 4-H advisors and stay very active with the Greene County fair in mid summer. Each June brings the Stone Ridge picnic and every fall is the annual Stone Ridge Fun Show. There is always plenty of food, fun, awards and show practice. We have lease horses for 4-H projects and are involved in most of the local shows. Stone Ridge is proud to represent Jeremy Madden, equestrian artist, be sure to check out his work at our stable. We also offer children's group and birthday pony rides for up to 10 children. This includes a Polaroid on their pony after the ride for each child for $100 per hour.
